We are now looking for a  Junior Process Officer in Customer Data Services team to take case of tasks related to daily operations for our customers.

Welcome to the Customer Data Services DK/NO/SE team. We add value by performing operational procedures connected with various banking products offered to our customers. As Junior Process Officer in Customer Data Services team you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services according to standards and being coureageously innovative to exceed customer's expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Updating data in banking systems and applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations
• Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs as well as working with methodologies to improve our ways of working aiming to be more effective and productive 
• Collaborating accross corders and colleagues in Scandinavian countries
• Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services
• Contributing in proces routines improvement by bringing new ideas and solutions

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Practical knowledge of the MS Office
• English skills - at least B1/B2 level
• Are open to work and bring value to the team
• Have positive attitute

Your experience and background:

• Education - min. secondary school
• Job experience in similar area would be an asset
