You will be working on Network Manager a mission-critical system that allows keeping the electrical system safe, efficient, and reliable. Moreover, you will have a chance to participate in ongoing industry transformation into more environment-friendly through a variety of innovations and technology research. In this role, you will be reporting to Eryk Zajdel.
- Building and leading R&D teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize implementation value
- Implement best practices and company’s standards
- Monitoring and reporting software development progress
- Continues improvement of SDLC
- Business goals execution
- 10+ years experience in software development
- 5+ years experience in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of SDLC
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Energetic and enthusiastic, passionate and creative thinker, able to translate to pragmatic solutions
