Currently, we are looking for:

Logistic Invoice Verification Specialist with German
Miejsce pracy: Łódź | Numer ref.: LIV/065/AWI

Requirements:

  • University degree at any business related area
  • 1 year of experience in accounting or logistics
    basic knowledge of accounting or logistics processes
  • Microsoft Office - Excel practical knowledge
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and achievement
  • Language skills - English B2, German - minimum basic

Duties:

  • Collect, monitor and archive logistic related documents
  • Verifying invoices in accordance with company procedures
  • Approving invoices for payment,
    resolving discrepancies by contacting both internal and external parties
  • Deliver internal and external client satisfaction
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives
