As Specialist PMO you’ll play a valuable role in the managing the change in a controlled manner to ensure suitable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and Steering Committee pack preparation
• Budget forecasting and control
• Risk and issue management
• Reporting to Senior Management (GLT, BRIC, NBB)
• Maintaining an Action log
• Milestone tracking
• Regulatory reporting

You’ll join a dynamic team that is passionate about change and keen to learn and improve.The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw.

Your experience and background:

• experience in project portfolio management and programme management
• experience in milestone management
• experience in project / financial control 
• experienced in use of Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent English
