We are looking for a Student to join Talent Sourcing cell. This is an entry level role, which will enable you to utilize your networking skills and grow the interest in Nordea vacancies among various talent pools. As the Talent Sourcing cell member you’ll learn about Candidate Experience, direct search and prepare to become a Talent Sourcer. Your day to day duties will connect you not only with potential candidates, but also Nordea’s Recruitment team and Talent Attraction.

About this opportunity
 

You’ll join People Resourcing Services team, where we are responsible for supporting recruitment and hiring processes in Poland and in the Nordics.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working in international environment on a wide range of recruitment projects 
  • Utilizing various social media channels in order to attract potential talents
  • Ensuring great level of Candidate Experience
  • Liaising between Talent Attraction and Talent Sourcing activities
  • Supporting Talent Sourcing Specialists with adhoc tasks (ie building pipelines)

The role is based in Łódź. Welcome to a team of friendly people who enjoy what they do.


It can be a part-time role, but with a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Your profile and background:

  • High interest in area of talent sourcing, employer branding and recruitment
  • Fluency in written and verbal English (at least C1)
  • Analytical mind and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours a week
