Recruitment Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Scope of duties:
  • Manage recruitment processes in Poland including posting positions, managing applicant flow, active sourcing, selection, screening applicants and supporting hiring managers during the whole process
  • Review job descriptions and requisitions to match potential candidates to appropriate position
  • Use proactive methods of sourcing candidates (e.g. social networks)
  • Manage referral program
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System
  • Support onboarding and other HR processes
  • Support EB initiatives
  • Take part in process improvement and automation projects
What we want:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent sourcing
  • Experience in international, corporate environment will be appreciated
  • Advanced English
  • Must have a passion for placing candidates and experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels
  • Ability to maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good at analyzing and making inferences
  • Advanced ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances
  • Good communications skills (verbal and written), pro-client attitude
  • Good organizational skills, ability to maintain high level of accuracy & work to tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple task
  • Flexible person, easily adapting to changes, able to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Experience in using ATS
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
