GL Accountant (Xeikon)
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Scope of duties:
  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for Xeikon NL legal entities including:
    • Payroll posting,
    • Calculating, monitoring and posting provisions and accruals
    • Posting and monitoring of deferrals
    • Issuing and posting of intercompany invoices
    • Bad debt provision posting
    • Running revaluation
    • Running depreciation
    • Intercompany loans and interests posting
    • Rollforwards reporting
    • Opex review
    • Other ad-hoc activities
  • Fixed Assets process
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for Xeikon NL legal entities
  • Sales and use tax reporting for Xeikon US entity
  • Posting of ICO PO invoices for Xeikon US entity
What we want:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with an accounting background
  • Strong communication skills including fluent English
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment, multi-task, establish priorities and adapt to change
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Ability to take ownership of processes and accounts
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP system knowledge
