Requirements:

• Team management experience will be an asset
• Experience in HRO, HR, Finance, Payroll is a plus
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Good people management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including rapport building
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Highly motivated, proactive and flexible
• Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• MS Office knowledge/skills
• SAP experience will be an asset

Duties:

• Supervising Team by motivating, coaching, monitoring and supporting to achieve certain standards
• Updating process documentation and procedures
• Setting, managing and achieving goals for the Team
• Conducting Performance Appraisal for employees
• Providing operational support to the Team members and to other Teams
• Cooperating with other departments
• Handling client communication and escalations
• Driving standardization, automation and process improvements (identify opportunities and lead the change)
• Prepare performance reports and provide data for internal and external auditors
• Recruiting and onboarding Team members
  Support Management in delivering high quality services
• Working schedule and holiday plan preparation and maintenance for Team members, overtime and timesheets management
