We are now looking for a  Service Operations Officer, Łódź to join our team within Investment Product Services and take on the challenge of reconciling over 3000 accounts and ISINs, and verifying the correctness of reports sent directly to customers.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Reporting & Reconciliation Services team. We add value by investigating issues in the fund trading flow and safe guarding that static and transaction data is correct in customer reports before it reaches our customers. As Service Operations Officer, Łódź you’ll play a valuable role in supporting both our customers but also internal stakeholders within IT, Investment Center, and Nordea Funds, to name a few.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the reconciliation of the mutual fund trading flow in Sweden, Norway and Finland
• Ensure the correctness of customer reports by verifying data
• Contributing to improvements of our processes and anchoring the improvements in our SOPs
• Collaborate with colleagues within Investment Product Services and in other parts of Nordea to solve issues
• Participate in and/or drive projects within our teams' and units' scope

Your experience and background: 

• Experience from reconciliation and/or customer reporting
• An interest in investment products and their value chain
