About this opportunity

Welcome to the Reward Business Support & Analytics team. We add value by formulating and applying the reward strategy across Nordea and ensuring alignment to performance  As Student in Reward, Lodz you’ll play a valuable role in supporting Reward activities from direct contacts with leaders and various stakeholders to data analysis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing support to leaders with their reward related questions 
• Preparing analysis of salary data
• Supporting Reward processes and projects
• Liaising with Group People colleagues and other stakeholders based in the Nordic countries and locally in Poland 

You’ll join aan international team localised in all Nordic countries and Poland with diverse range of duties and professional backgrounds. The role is based in Łódź.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• are willing to develop in Human Resources area
• are fluent in English (at least B2)
• have analytical mind and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• have great communication and interpersonal skills 

Your experience and background: 

• Formal work experience is not required but participation in student’s activities are nice to have. Don’t worry if you don’t know much about Reward, this is great opportunity for you to learn it!
