Job description

• Be the first point of contact for any client related issues
• Monitor, review and action all client requests
• Plan and monitor goods transport process
• Ensure that the requests are handled according to agreed procedures and meet agreed service standards
• Establish very effective communication at all levels

Requirements

• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively over the phone and electronically 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Proactivity
• Willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends as needed
• Negotiation skills
• Computer savvy - Microsoft Office Pack
• Experience in transport and logistics NOT required – we provide you with an individual induction & training plan – first 2/3 months working from the office, shadowing senior colleagues
