• Delivers a specialist security service compliance management function within or into Fujitsu accounts
• Leads on elements of security compliance delivery to management level within the customer(s) in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements.
• Contributes to the service partnership as part of one service team with internal and external customers.
• Monitors, maintains and ensures compliance to their security process specialism
• Continually reviews the security process and associated activities for efficiency and effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement
• Analyzes and reports on details of security and compliance issues and updates stakeholders accordingly
• Implements solutions to identified security and compliance issue
• Produces and analyzes security statistics to identify historical trends and knowledge gaps and provide relevant support and content via management reporting
• Participates in regular reviews to resolve security issues / review processes with relevant parties, such as Service Desks, Operations, Account Team, Security Team, Solution Architects etc.

• Good knowledge of security risks management
• Ability to build the long term relationship with various stakeholders
• Experience in leading the complex business initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study
• B2 level (or higher) of Spoken and Written English including technical vocabulary

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of PCI-DSS compliance and GDPR implementation
• Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance  audit process and tools
• Security related certificates, such as: CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.
