About this opportunity

Welcome to the Securities Data Services team. We add value by delivering and maintaining instrument static data to our clients and stakeholders in the most efficient way and with the highest quality of static data within capital markets area. As Assistant/Service Operations Officer in Securities Data Services you’ll play a valuable role in managing the financial instruments for our stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Registering various range of financial instruments like: bonds, equities, warrants, etc in Nordea’s local systems based on the largest press agencies like Reuters and Bloomberg
• Updating variables attributes of financial instruments like interest rates, prices
• Investigating discrepancies in the system
• Reporting benefical owner information to proper Financial Institution.
• Delivering on tasks delegated by People Leader to fulfil TCS Strategic Direction

You’ll join a Securities Data Services where as a part of Trading & Custody Services we are maintaining financial static data for back-office operations on Nordic market. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

• Finance-related university degree or equivalent professional experience
• Focus on details combined with seeing wider perspective
• Good knowledge in English (both spoken and written)
• Organised approach to work and ability to prioritize tasks.
