We are now looking for a Senior/Service Operations Officer in Asset Services Own Holdings to execute corporate action events on Nordea's own holdings or lent/borrowed securities.

Welcome to the Asset Services - Own Holdings team. We add value by collaborating and making sure that we always provide best in class service. As Senior/Service Operations Officer in Asset Services Own Holdings you’ll play a valuable role in our team by performing all the procedures related to corporate action for Nordea's own holding positions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitating global mandatory and voluntary corporate actions  for proprietary holdings
• Booking and reconciliation of corporate actions
• Handling of proprietary income
• Handling corporate action side of securities lending
• Managing market claims for proprietary holdings

You’ll join a team where knowledge-sharing and teamwork are obvious to us. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

• At least 2 years of working experience in an international environment 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• University degree in fields of banking, finance, mathematics or any similar fields would be an asset
