About this opportunity

Welcome to the Service Excellence team. We add value by improving HR Services. As Power Platform Junior Developer, Lodz, Warszawa, Gdansk, Gdynia you’ll play a valuable role in the process of digitalizion our HR processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• developing new tools as a part of global projects in HR area,
• collaborating with People Professionals to collect requirments & needs for new tools,
• automating repetitive tasks for operational teams,
• maintaing existing solutions,
• exploring & identifying opportunities for future improvements, 
• sharing knowledge with other solution developers, 
• implementing agile approach in the development.

You’ll join a Service Excellence team which brings HR processes to the next level. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw; Łódź.

• are a good listener and that you can transform business requirements into digital solutions,
• are a self-learner willing to become an expert in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environment.

Your experience and background: 

• proven track-record of process automatization and application development,
• basic knowledge of programming (HTML, CSS, JS, JSON),
• experience in Power Apps / Power Automate,
• intrest in User Experience,
• problem solving mindset,
• English on communicative level (at least B1),
• HR experience is not required.
