• Cooperation with hiring managers regarding current recruitment processes in IT area.
• Sourcing candidates using different resources (direct, indirect, job boards, advertising).
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Check reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources of Candidates.
• Share knowledge and best practice with the Team.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge of IT sector is essential.
• Good English language skills is a must.
• Open attitude and good communication skills.
• Strong orientation on high quality service delivery for internal clients.
• Customer orientation and team working attitude.
• Passion for development.

Salary ranges: 5500-9500 PLN gross monthly (depends on the level of the position).
