We are looking for female and male candidates for the position of the Order Handling Specialist for the Power Transformers Factory in Łódź. This will be temporary replacement due to longer absence of employee. The tasks in this position are focused on ensuring the timely execution of orders. Your responsibilities
  • Creating and updating the register of orders and offers.
  • Technical/administrative service from receipt of the order to shipment.
  • Registration of orders in the SAP system.
  • Providing support to planning department in terms of production planning.
  • Providing order confirmations to customer.
  • Maintaining constant contact with the customer in the process of order processing.
  • Close collaboration with other teams/departments to resolve any additional requirements from the customer.
  • Creating all kinds of reports related to the accepted orders (internal and external requests).
Your background
  • Higher technical or economical education.
  • Experience in the area of sales / logistics / purchases / order handling in the production plant is welcome.
  • Very good command of the English language allowing for easy communication in an international environment.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of the SAP program will be an additional advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of tax and customs law will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under time pressure, analytical thinking and quick association of facts.
  • Ease of gaining the customer's trust and meeting his expectations.
  • Good organization of own work.
  • Ability to work in a team.
