We are looking for female and male candidates for the position of the Order Handling Specialist for the Distribution Transformers Factory in Łódź. The tasks in this position are focused on ensuring the timely execution of orders. Your responsibilities
  • Creating and updating the register of orders and offers.
  • Technical service from receipt of the order to shipment.
  • Registration of orders in the SAP system.
  • Creation of production plans (stock transformers).
  • Preparation of order confirmations and commercial contracts.
  • Maintaining constant contact with the customer in the process of order processing.
  • Monitoring and control of customer inventory levels resulting from signed contracts.
  • Organization and supervision of factory acceptances test performed with the participation of the client. Post-inspection changes and supervision of their implementation prior to shipment of transformers.
  • Receiving complaints and forwarding them to the quality department.
  • Close collaboration with other teams/departments to resolve any additional requirements from the customer.
  • Monitoring and optimization of the production plan in terms of the occupancy of the production line.
  • Creating all kinds of reports related to the accepted orders.
Your background
  • Higher technical or economical education.
  • Experience in the area of sales / logistics / purchases / order handling in the production plant is welcome.
  • Very good command of the English language allowing for easy communication in an international environment.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of the SAP program will be an additional advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of tax and customs law will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under time pressure, analytical thinking and quick association of facts.
  • Ease of gaining the customer's trust and meeting his expectations.
  • Good organization of own work.
  • Ability to work in a team.
