HR Account Manager / Employee Relation Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • be a contact person for local Site Management, Works Councils, and Trade Unions (if applicable) on all aspects of the HR agenda
  • support and drive company’s performance management approach
  • be the point of contact for employees that have HR queries or job-related issues
  • carry out restructurings or reorganizations
  • support with individual cases such as illness and terminations
Requirements:
  • at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • extensive knowledge of employment law in Poland; knowledge of additional countries law is an advantage
  • ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
  • willingness to work in a dynamic international environment, more specifically in the big fun-loving HR team; knowledge and experience in Agile HR will be a plus
  • fluent English, other languages are considered as a plus
