The company in Poland operates for over 20 years and employs approximately 2,000 employees. The basic activity of ISS in Poland is complex service of buildings. We provide cleaning and hygiene services, catering services, office support and technical service. We are present in office buildings, commercial complexes, industrial plants as well as in public utility buildings and health care.
Your responsibilities:
- Reviewing local and global security contracts and assessing the scope and standards of Physical Security
- Proactively conduct security duties to maintain physical security standards in remote office buildings
- Identifies broad areas for improvement by reviewing service levels to always meet business client expectation
- Monitors and reviews performance to ensure service delivery goals are met
- Be responsible for contracts with security providers, overseeing systems and ensuring smooth daily operations of office workers
- Quarterly checks by external service provider, daily monitoring and quality checks
- Reporting breakdowns of internal access control system, monitoring of access readers and cards for end users
- Contact with the Monitoring Center of service provider to allow emergency access in the buildings
- Managing request from dedicated mailbox, also after standard working hours
- Contact with Polish branch and foreign headquarter of security service provider
- Regular review of restricted zones and owners based on an audit recommendation and documentation
- Managing Polish and foreign agreements, annexes with external service provider
- Verification of safety procedures, providing instruction to end user on intranet
- Providing updates and changes in security procedures (internal)
- Updating authorization lists, zone owners lists
- Daily contact with building security teams
- 3 years+ operational and/or management experience in Security Services environment, preferred work in office locations
- Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment
- Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation
- Very good English
- Experienced in working as a qualified physical protection worker
- Communicative knowledge of English language
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
