Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist

Your responsibilities
  • Using Excel skills to create business offers and quotations for our partners
  • Responding to our partner's questions by phone or email
  • Preparing creative newsletters presenting our new products
  • Using interpersonal skills to help our clients to achieve their business goals
  • Using English skills in everyday communication with our B2B partners
  • Control of task flow in Sales Department
  • Distributing emails to our Sales Team members
Our requirements
  • 2+ years of experience performing customer service
  • Strong understanding of what customer experience looks like
  • Being a team player
  • Enjoying problem solving
  • Paying great attention to details
  • Liking to work in a multinational environment
  • Very strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Being a communicative person with cheerful attitude
  • Computer literacy skills (especially in Excel)
  • Having an excellent command of English in writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of French/German would a strong asset
