Customer Consultant with French
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Ensure the correct ordering process for individual customers and documentation flow
  • Placing the orders to our suppliers
  • Identify customer needs and help customers with their requests
  • Update our internal databases with information about sale and useful discussions with customers
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments (Claims, Marketing, Logistics, Production, Administration)
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Order Management Specialist, Customer Care Specialist, Sales Support or similar
  • French (min C1) and English or Polish (communicative, B2) is a must
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Excellent organization skills and time management
  • Understanding of processes and documentation flow
